Transition to Independence: This rate secures access to as-needed check-ins, resources, and reduced-rate single sessions going forward.

Please note that the monthly fee is a flat rate covering your reserved spot in the Graduated Growth Plan and the availability of the contracted services for that month (up to 3 visits in Month 1, up to 2 visits in Month 2).
This is not a per-session fee. No refunds or credits will be issued for missed, canceled, or otherwise unused sessions within the billing month. Payment is for access to the plan and the structured support available to you.
